How do I login to my account?
To login visit the My Account page. You can login using the email address and password that you created when checking out.
How do I create an account?
You will be given the option to create an account during checkout.
Why should I create an account?
Creating an account allows you to save your address and contact information for future transactions. Additionally, you can manage your orders, find tracking information, and more in your account.
How do I reset my password?
To reset your password visit the My Account page. Under the login box you’ll find a link that says “Lost your password;” click on that link. You’ll be asked to submit your username or email. A password reset link will be sent to the email we have on file.
How do I change my password?
To change your password visit the My Account page. At the top of the page you’ll see “Hello… edit your password and account details.” Select the link at the end of that paragraph to edit your password, email, etc.
Tracking information will be displayed through your order page. To access your orders visit the My Account page and select “View” next to the order you wish to review. If a tracking number was provided for your package, it will appear in the Shipment Tracking section below your order details.
My order doesn’t have a tracking number.
If your order is missing tracking information, confirm that your order has been marked as “Complete”. If your order is complete, then it is on the way to your doorstep, but tracking information is unavailable to us.
How do you ship packages?
We ship using UPS ground to ensure that your products arrive safely.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We charge a $10.00 flat rate for shipping. If you order the complete collection, shipping is free.
