If you are not completely satisfied with your DermAdvanceBeauty.com purchase, you may return and obtain a creditor an exchange for the same product within 7 days of purchase. Only items purchased on DermAdvanceBeauty.com (USA) with valid and accompanying order information may be accepted for exchange or return. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with your qualifying items otherwise your return will not be accepted.
USE A PRE-PAID SHIPPING LABEL – Please complete the return and exchange form included with your shipment and repack the unused portion, in its original packaging and enclose the completed form. Affix the UPS pre-paid shipping label included your package and either hand this parcel over to your local post office, postman or give the package to UPS either using the UPS Store, UPS drop box or any UPS driver.
USE ANOTHER SHPPING METHOD – Complete the return and exchange form included with your shipment and repack the merchandise in the original packaging and enclose the completed form. Mail the package using the label provided on the front of the form. Packages must be returned using an insured method. Sorry, we are unable to accept C.O.D deliveries.
Please allow 7-10 business days from receipt of package for processing and transit time for exchange packages.
